Shipping & Returns
This page repeats our current Shipping policy and Refund policy. If anything here ever differs, those policies apply.
Shipping
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Most US orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after that, so expect about 1 to 2 weeks in total, and a few items can take up to 3 weeks. We ship worldwide: international orders usually arrive in 2 to 6 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships, or you can check our Track Your Order page. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, email imasnowman.pg+returns@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
Every item is printed on demand just for you. We offer a refund or free replacement only if your order never arrives because of a shipping issue, or if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective and you can show it with a video of at least 30 seconds or several clear photos. Email imasnowman.pg+returns@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and the video or photos. You don't need to send the item back. Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.
